How fast do you ship?

All our cigar accessories are with stock and normally can be shipped within 1-3 business days. If the products are with no stock and it will take 15-60 days to produce. Please note, shipping times are promised by third party carriers. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a link to track your parcel online.

 

How is the warranty service?

In case of the delivery of a clearly and visibly deteriorated package, incomplete or damaged, it is the user’s responsibility to refuse the package to benefit from the guarantee offered by the carrier. The user must also inform immediately the seller so that a new package shall be prepared and delivered upon receipt of the damaged package in return. For other issues, please contact email at info@xifei.net.cn within 14 days when you receive the package.

Ps: If you buy XIFEI cigar accessories from other channels, please contact with related services for it. Or you can send the photos/videos/order#, we will try to handle it for you. To save both time, we only reply your email with order#. Warranty time is 1 year without man-made damage.
